The Board of Directors was established in 2000 with the participation of Dr. Fazlollah Farshchian, Dr. Ismail Yassini, Dr. Ayoub Pahlavan, Dr. Abdolamir Motourianpour, Dr. Ali Asghar Alavi, and Mr. Moghadat Alavi, and Mr. Moghazat Alavi. The first meeting of the Association was held at the Dental Society of Iran in 2001 and the board election was held with the participation of a representative of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education.
